Returns and refunds

We only exchange items that are damaged or defective, if the mistake lies with us, not with the purchaser or the delivery company. Since we use materials of the highest quality and every single product is handmade and passes quality inspection before shipping, it is unlikely that that would be the case, however, if you find your item to be damaged or defective, please contact us at as soon as possible.

If you wish to return the product, you may do so up to 14 days from the day it has been delivered to you. If you don’t contact us in this 14-day period, we cannot offer you any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.Custom products can only be returned if there is a considerable manufacturing error on the product for which we are responsible.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, items on sale are not eligible for a refund.

Gift cards cannot be refunded or returned.

To process your return, we require a proof of purchase (receipt).

Once we receive the item that you have sent back, we will inspect it and notify you about approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is granted, the amount will automatically be refunded via your method of payment at purchase within few days.

If you have not received the reimbursement yet, please contact your credit card company and your bank first as it may take some time for them to process the payment.

You will have to cover shipping costs for returning an item yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to be certain that we will, in fact, receive it.
