Thank you for visiting and shopping at 4kickerz. We ship all of our orders via FedEx/DHL/GLS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped. If you have any problem with the delivery, please contact us at info@4kickerz.com.

FYI: All delivery timeframes start from the day after you place the order unless specified.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any import or customs fees associated with your order. Please check your country’s regulations to determine whether any additional costs may apply.
If your order incurs duties or taxes and you refuse to pay them, these charges will be deducted from any refund issued.
In the event of a customs procedure, the transit time may be extended. We do not accept responsibility for any potential delays in delivery, as it is the buyer’s responsibility to complete the customs clearance process. 
If you paid for express shipping and the delivery time was significantly longer than stated, and the delay was not caused by customs procedures or address-related issues for which the buyer is responsible, you are entitled to a refund of the shipping fee. 

Returns and refunds

We only exchange items that are damaged or defective if the mistake lies with us, not with the purchaser or the delivery company. Since we use materials of the highest quality and every product is handmade and inspected before shipping, it is unlikely, but if your item is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@4kickerz.com as soon as possible.

If you wish to return the product, you may do so up to 14 days from the day it has been delivered to you. If you don’t contact us and dispatch the returning parcel in this 14-day period, we cannot offer any refund or exchange.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for our 4kickerz grip socks due to hygiene and safety concerns.

If the shipment is subject to return, ensure the correct clause is used upon reshipping and all duties are paid. Any additional costs arising during the return process will be deducted from refunds issued.

The return address depends on what you ordered and will be provided once you contact us at info@4kickerz.com.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags and labels. Custom products can only be returned if there is a significant manufacturing error for which we are responsible.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items on sale are not eligible for a refund. Gift cards cannot be refunded or returned.

To process your return, we require proof of purchase (receipt).

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the amount will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within a few days.

If you have not received the reimbursement yet, please contact your credit card company and your bank first, as processing may take additional time.

You will have to cover shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When shipping an item back, consider using a trackable service or insurance to ensure it reaches us.
